  • Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • User Content including text prompts, scripts, images, audio, videos, and any other materials you upload or generate.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, generation history, and timestamps.
  • Device and connection information including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to maintain your session and improve the Service.

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • To process video generation requests and deliver generated content;

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel and Vercel Blob (hosting and storage), Upstash Redis (rate limiting), Inngest (background jobs), and AI model providers used to generate content.
  • Third-party platforms such as TikTok, when you choose to share or publish generated content to those platforms.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. AI Training and Model Improvement

We do not use your User Content to train foundational AI models without your consent. Anonymized and aggregated usage data may be used to improve the quality, safety, and reliability of the Service. Where third-party AI providers are used, your prompts and outputs are processed in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated content and project files are retained according to your subscription plan. After account deletion, we may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your information when transferred internationally.
